Can a complete beginner join?
Yes. The first lessons are explained in Thai or English, and Chinese is added step by step as the student gets comfortable.
Can lessons be at home?
Yes, if the address is inside the service area that starts from Sathorn. 0–5 km has no travel fee; 5–12 km is THB 150.
How do I pay?
By PromptPay. After you choose a time the app shows a QR code, then you upload the transfer slip.
When is the time actually reserved?
The slot is locked as soon as the payment slip is uploaded, and the booking is confirmed only after the teacher checks the slip and sends the confirmation.
What happens if the slip is rejected?
The slot is released immediately and the reason is sent on LINE. You can upload a new slip or pick another time.
How can I change or cancel a lesson?
Message the teacher on LINE at least 12 hours before the lesson and it will be rescheduled.
Which textbooks are used?
They are chosen to match the goal — Happy Chinese, Easy Steps to Chinese, Boya Chinese and New Silk Road Business Chinese.
What is used for online lessons?
LINE Video or Zoom. The link and lesson material are sent before the lesson starts.
